CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

On the basis of your booking claim we reserve your accommodation until it is finalised.

Reservations are confirmed in a letter indicating the price of the ordered service(s) along with the terms required to finalise your hotel booking. Thus, in case of any misunderstanding, it is still possible to refrain from the offer free of charge.

We accept booking cancellation or alteration free of charge in writing (fax or e-mail) or personally under the following terms:

  • with individual bookings: minimum two working days before arrival,
  • with groups (less than 40 persons or booked nights) or room hire: minimum seven working days before arrival
  • with bookings for more than 40 persons or nights terms of booking cancellation or alteration are fixed by the partners in separate agreement.

In case the guest or the group does not avail himself/herself of the booked and confirmed (finalised) service, the provider is entitled to invoice the procurer the full costs of the booked capacity.

In case the number of the guests’ number is different from that of indicated in the booking, and has not been modified within the deadline, the full costs of the booked capacity are to be paid.
